At The Caly Bee, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy outlined below:

• Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of receiving the product(s).

• Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. For unopened and unused products, a full refund will be issued. In cases where the packaging is missing or damaged, a partial refund may be offered.

• Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Additionally, all items must be in their original selling condition, unused, unaltered, and with their tags attached.

• Orders placed on our website can be cancelled at any time before the product has been shipped, and a full refund will be provided. However, once the product has been shipped, we regret that we are unable to cancel the order.
